Do you offer payment plans?

Yes.

The 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on my calendar and the remaining balance must be paid before I can turn over the final files.

No, we do not offer refunds. We take our work seriously and put in a lot of time and effort to ensure that our clients receive the best branding solutions.

What information do you need?

If you're interested in working with us, the first step is to reach out to us through our inquiry form or by scheduling a call with us.

We'll discuss your needs and provide you with more details about our services. When you're ready to move forward, we will confirm a slot on our calendar for your project, send over a contract, and request a downpayment. After that, we will send you a branding questionnaire to help us better understand your business and goals. From there, we'll get to work on developing a unique and effective branding strategy and identity for your business.

How many revision can I get?

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your final design. This is why we offer up to 3 revisions for your branding project. However, in most cases our clients are completely satisfied with their new brand identity after 1-2 revisions. We believe that this process allows you to carefully consider your requests and ensure that they are based on strategy. Our goal is to create a design that not only looks great but also aligns with your brand identity and business goals.

What if I didn't like your design?

We value our clients' satisfaction and strive to deliver designs that meet their expectations. However, we understand that design preferences are subjective, and what might work for some may not work for others.

Before engaging with us, we recommend reviewing our website, previous work, and portfolio to see if our design style aligns with your preferences. (Check our Instagram, Facebook and Project page). Our focus is on modern, premium, and fun designs that target Gen Z and Millennials. If this isn't your market, Gobrandia Designs might not be the best fit for you.

If you're not satisfied with our initial design concepts, we offer a revision round where we can incorporate your feedback and make necessary adjustments. If, after the 3rd revisions, you're still not satisfied with the outcome, we'll work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.  We believe in open communication and collaboration with our clients to ensure that we create designs that align with their vision and goals.

How can you ensure you can capture my design preference?

We understand the importance of capturing your design preference accurately.

That's why we have a proven process that has been working for the past 4 years with local and international clients. We have a questionnaire in place to capture your business details and branding requirements. We will need you to think carefully and answer the question and provide as much information as possible.

Once we receive your answers, we will analyze them, do a market research and come up with a design direction options (through a mood board) that aligns with your goals and vision. The mood board prepared will include description about the direction, color palette, typography and how the brand identity feels and looks.  From here, you will select which mood board aligns with your goals.

Then, we'll get working with the logo suite and overall brand design!

How many logo design study do you provide?

We believe in providing our clients with the best possible solutions for their branding needs. When it comes to logo design, we take our time to strategize and come up with the best possible direction for your brand. We believe that a one concept solution is the most effective way to achieve this and this has been the process we've been doing for the past 4 years which has been effective. We believe that one well-thought-out concept is better than multiple ideas that might dilute the message. We will include multiple logo variations of the same concept.
